The first three-day ReWell-UMedia training for media professionals took place in Vinnytsia

From March 16 to 18, 2026, as part of the ReWell-UMedia project, we organized an intensive training focused on strengthening psychological resilience among media professionals.

Over the course of three days, participants from different regions of Ukraine worked on topics that are critically important for today's media sector:

  • professional and emotional burnout
  • chronic stress and resource recovery
  • psychological resilience and self-regulation
  • self-support and peer support within teams

This training was not only about learning, but also about creating a space of trust, openness, and professional support.

Participants shared experiences, built new connections, and developed practical solutions they can already apply in their work.

One piece of feedback that especially resonated with our team:

  • "This is more than a training — it's about people and the connections between them."

We sincerely thank our trainers for their deep expertise, empathy, and professionalism.

Special thanks to all participants for their trust, openness, and willingness to engage with complex yet important topics.

The ReWell-UMedia project continues — with more trainings, discussions, and support tools for media professionals ahead.

Media resilience is about people. And we are glad to be part of this process

The project "Resilience and Well-being of Ukrainian Media Professionals at Wartime" (ReWell-UMedia) is implemented by the NGO "Social Perspective." This initiative has been made possible with the support of UNESCO's Participation Programme, in coordination with the Ukrainian National Commission for UNESCO and the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine.
