HANNA   DAVYDENKO

Hanna is a professor, doctor of pedagogical sciences, director of Vinnytsia Institute of University "Ukraine", vice-rector for research and international relations of university "Ukraine", head of NGO "Social Perspective", Member of Vinnytsia city council (2015-2020), head of Central Region of Ukrainian Women's Democratic Network; Head of Vinnytsia department of All-Ukrainian NGO "Society for the Protection of Monuments of Culture and Art"; Member of the Union of Journalists of Ukraine.

Conducts active international and grant-seeking activities, is a regular participant in international training programs on leadership, gender issues, inclusion, and effective political activity.

A graduate of many international grant projects such as "Leadership Academy for Development: The Role of Public Policy in the Development of the Private Sector" (Stanford University program), "Creative thinking in the field of special education", Center for Cooperation and Advancement, Israel's Agency for International Development Cooperation Ministry of Foreign Affairs; the International Training Program "Local Political Leaders – Capacitating Women in Politics" (Sweden).

Winner of the "Human Rights Protection Index" contests in the category "Community Defender" and "Woman of Vinnytsia" in the category "Science".

Hanna is an expert in disability inclusion and humanitarian action. The University "Ukraine" where Hanna works is the only inclusive HEI in Ukraine. The University has 10% of students with special educational needs (1500 youngsters). NGO "Social Perspective" works for more than 7 years. During these years of our activity the NGO "Social Perspective" has realized many projects related to education, gender issues, social inclusion and protection of the rights of people with disabilities. In total, during 2015-2022 "Social Perspective" initiated and conducted more than 110 training seminars for educational institutions on social inclusion, implementation of inclusive education and other aspects of implementation of inclusion in public practice for both Ukraine and foreign educational institutions (India, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Georgia). Since 24th of February 2022 "Social Perspective" the organization has been included in the Unified Register of Volunteer Organizations by the National Social Service Service of Ukraine. Pursuant to Protocol No. 1 dated February 24, 2022, it implements the Charity Program within the framework of the Statute of the NGO "Social Perspective", Memorandums of Cooperation, Agreements on the provision of volunteer assistance.
