 Psychological support of Ukrainian families seeking temporary protection in Germany: general recommendations and socio-cultural context

«Psychological support of Ukrainian families seeking temporary protection in Germany: general recommendations and socio-cultural context»

NGO "Social Perspective" in October-November 2022, with the support of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine, implemented the project "Psychological support of Ukrainian families seeking temporary protection in Germany: general recommendations and socio-cultural context". As part of the project, a survey for Ukrainian families who found temporary protection in Germany, was conducted.

Target audience: psychologists, social workers and volunteers working with Ukrainian refugees in Germany.

Beneficiaries: women seeking temporary protection from the war in Germany, their families.

Purpose: to study the psychosocial support needs of Ukrainian women who come to Germany in search of temporary protection, and to develop general recommendations for specialists regarding directions, possible approaches and important points of psychosocial support for temporary protection seekers from Ukraine.

The result: an analytical report on the psychosocial support needs of refugee women from Ukraine staying in Germany and recommendations for working with them developed on its basis. Analytical report in pdf format in Ukrainian:
