On February 24, 2022, with the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation into Ukraine, our organization decided to add one more goal. The goal is to help save as many lives in Ukraine as possible.

Many large charitable organizations and many governments provide aid to Ukraine.

However, due to the scale of their operations and high overhead costs, these efforts are often slow, ineffective and expensive.

We collect funds and cooperate with charitable organizations and volunteers from Lithuania, Poland, Great Britain in order to directly provide equipment and humanitarian aid to those who need it most. First of all we help servicemen of separate brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, territorial defense. We understand if we don't support soldiers there will be more victims among the civilians. But we also help civilians: evacuated children, internally displaced persons, medical facilities, shelters, etc.

The NGO "Social Perspective" is registered in the Unified Register of Volunteer Organizations by the National Social Service Service of Ukraine in accordance with Clause 3 of Article 3 of Law No. 3236-VI and published on the official website of the National Social Service (https://nssu.gov.ua, section "Volunteering") 05/19/2022 under No. 709.

The organization is headed by Hanna Davydenko, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor, graduate of many international programs and projects on inclusion. The organization engages volunteers in its activities in accordance with agreements on the provision of volunteer assistance, issues a volunteer certificate.

Currently, 20 volunteers work on a permanent basis, including an accountant and a driver.

According to Ukrainian legislation, a public organization does not pay salaries to its members, unlike charitable foundations. Therefore, all involved volunteers work for free.

For the purpose of delivering humanitarian goods on the territory of Ukraine and beyond, ensuring the country's defense, security and normalization of life, law and order, prevention of a humanitarian disaster in the zone of armed aggression of the russian federation, volunteers of the NGO "Social Perspective" use the cargo minibus PEUGEOT BOXER KASSEVOGN 2.2 HDI.

The responsible volunteer of our organization for the use of the car is Oleksiy Stukov, who has a volunteer certificate No. 001 dated 24.02.2022 on the basis of Agreement No. 2022/001-B on the provision of volunteer assistance.

Clear accounting records are kept in the organization. All humanitarian cargo is accepted for balance and transferred upon official requests under acts of acceptance and transfer.

Every year, the organization publicly reports on its activities on official websites and in the mass media.

From the first days of the strengthening of russia's military aggression against Ukraine, we have been engaged in volunteer activities, defined by Protocol No. 1 of February 24, 2022 of the Council of the NGO "Social Perspective" on the approval of the Charity Program of the NGO as a set of charitable activities aimed at coordinating the efforts of members of public organizations, partner organizations in Ukraine and abroad to ensure the defense of the country, security and normalization of life, law and order, prevention of humanitarian catastrophe in the zone of armed aggression of Russia, in the conditions of martial law.

Risking their own lives, our volunteers constantly bring aid to the front lines (Sumy, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Kharkiv regions).

As of July 27, 2022, the NGO "Social Perspective" has already provided humanitarian aid to hospitals in the cities of Sumy, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, and Odesa regions, more than 3.5 thousand military personnel on the front lines, more than 2 thousand internally displaced persons in Vinnytsia region, and 429 affected families in Sloviansk, Donetsk region and Borodyanka, Kyiv region.

We have signed Memorandums of Cooperation with charitable foundations and public organizations in Poland, Lithuania, Austria and Ukraine. We constantly receive humanitarian aid from these countries and distribute it throughout Ukraine, as well as we raise donations for the purchase of cars for soldiers at the frontline.

We delivered 15 cars (6 of them were purchased independently) along with humanitarian aid in the hottest spots of Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

It is very important for us to ensure the entire chain - from the purchase of necessary things according to official requests, to the delivery of these requests personally to the final recipient of charitable assistance. We do not use the services of intermediaries. Since transparency and reporting are a fundamental issue for us.

We have our volunteers in Poland and Lithuania, who actively collect humanitarian aid for Ukraine, help buy and transport vehicles across the border. Now we have citizens of Lithuania and the USA who became volunteers of our public organization in Ukraine and contribute to the implementation of our charity program, including trips with humanitarian missions in Donetsk, Luhansk and Kharkiv regions.

Thanks to our activities, we are known throughout Ukraine, and not only the civilian population, the military, hospitals, refugee shelters, but also other Ukrainian charitable foundations officially turn to us for help. That is why we have clear lists of needs for hospitals, refugee shelters and civilians in frontline areas. Accordingly, to meet these needs, we seek support from various donors. We also constantly need fuel to deliver humanitarian aid.

As of today, we have many requests from military units for vehicles (minibuses, SUVs), drones, thermal imagers, food for long-term storage, hygiene products, medicines, turnstiles, individual first-aid kits, sleeping bags. This is what will allow the Ukrainian army to save the lives of servicemen and bring victory closer.

It is very important for us to monitor the delivery of aid according to requests. Therefore, most often we personally deliver humanitarian goods, take photos and video reports, sign acts of acceptance and handover and publicly report on humanitarian aid from the moment of its receipt and delivery to the end user.

We are ready to cooperate on a regular, responsible and transparent basis with all interested parties. We will be grateful for any help and cooperation!

COLLECTION OF BOOKS FOR EVACUATED UKRAINIAN CHILDREN

We collect books in Ukrainian for children who were evacuated abroad.

We have already collected and delivered more than 2,500 books to Poland, Lithuania, Great Britain, Romania, Czech Republic, Germany and Hungary, Austria. TV stories about us were shown twice in the Ukrainian National Telethon.
