Working in the media during wartime involves constant emotional pressure, exhaustion, and the need for rapid recovery. This makes individual psychological support critically important.
Within the framework of the ReWell-UMedia project, a series of individual coaching
sessions was conducted for media professionals.
Key results:
- 29 participants joined the consultations
- 80 hours of individual psychological support were provided
Sessions were conducted by:
- Viktoriia Turchak — PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, Master's degree in Psychology, psychotherapist in Positive Psychotherapy, trainer. Works with mental health, emotional well-being, and burnout prevention.
- Valerii Androsov — psychologist, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) practitioner, trainer. Specializes in anxiety and depressive conditions, crisis situations, and interpersonal conflicts.
