23 – 25 March 2026 | Psychological Resilience Training for Media Professionals
Three days for recovery, resilience, and professional grounding.
Media never pause. But people need to.
Within the framework of the ReWell-UMedia project, applications are now open for a three-day training on psychological resilience in times of war.

- Vinnytsia (secure venue: heating + generator)
The exact address will be shared with registered participants for security reasons.
This training is designed for media professionals working under constant stress and high information pressure.
The programme includes:
- practical tools for stabilization and self-regulation
- prevention of professional burnout
- techniques for restoring personal resources
- strengthening personal and professional resilience
- a supportive space for professional dialogue
- Participation is subject to a competitive selection process
- Travel and accommodation for participants from other regions of Ukraine are covered by the project
- Participants who complete the full three-day training will receive certificates
- The number of places is limited
