CHARITY PROGRAM
of the NGO "SOCIAL PERSPECTIVE"
for the period from 24.02.2022 to 31.12.2022
The charity program of the NGO "SOCIAL PERSPECTIVE" is a complex of charitable activities aimed at coordinating the efforts of members of the public organization, partner organizations in Ukraine and abroad to ensure the country's defense, safety and normalization of the population's life, law and order, and prevention of a humanitarian disaster in the area of armed aggression of the russian federation, in the conditions of martial law.
The charity program is implemented within the framework of the Charter of the NGO "Social Perspective", Memorandums of Cooperation, Agreements on the provision of volunteer assistance, and is developed by a public organization based on the appropriate appeal of persons in need of assistance.
In connection with the military aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, with the aim of delivering humanitarian cargo across the territory of Ukraine and from abroad, providing humanitarian aid to the population most affected by the military aggression of the russian federation, and the necessary military equipment for the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the volunteer headquarters of the public organization coordinates the collection of aid in Ukraine and abroad, funds, purchase and delivery of the necessary items to hot spots of the war.
The charity program is carried out within the limits of the available funds, and in the case of insufficient funds to carry out charitable activities in the desired period, the deadline may be postponed. Financing of events takes place within the limits of the charitable program and planned funds, however, possible deviations in actual costs are allowed due to possible inflation or unplanned costs that cannot be avoided.
The charity program is designed for the period from 24.02.2022 to 31.12.2022, includes a plan of planned expenses for providing humanitarian aid to the population most affected by the military aggression of the russian federation, and necessary military equipment for the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, coordination of the collection of aid in Ukraine and abroad, funds, procurement and delivery of the necessary to the hot spots of the war. The content of the program is shown in Table 1.1, which reveals the target spending plan. Changes may be made to the Charity Program with the consent of the Council of the NGO "Social Perspective" and the Supervisory Board.
