Distance course "Inclusion and distance learning" developed by the NGO:http://sp.inclusion.tilda.ws/
The public organization "Social Perspective" was created in the summer of 2015 year. The initiators of this were the administration and teachers of the Vinnytsia Institute University "Ukraine", students with disabilities, special educational needs and their parents, as well as refugees from Eastern Ukraine due to the russian aggression.
Purpose of activity:
- promotion, satisfaction and protection of legitimate social,
- economic, creative, age-related, ecological, national and cultural interests,
- implementation of rights, freedoms and protection of interests of various segments of the population, including socially vulnerable: persons with disabilities and health impairments, orphans, senior citizens, the poor, refugees, immigrants, participants combat operations and members of their families, student youth, young professionals and scientists, entrepreneurs of small and medium businesses and others.
Main areas of activity:
• Facilitation of citizens' realization of their rights, freedoms and interests in the field social protection of various strata of the population, including social unprotected: persons with disabilities and health problems, orphans, citizens the elderly, the poor, refugees, displaced persons, participants in hostilities and members of their families, student youth, young professionals and scientists, entrepreneurs of small and medium businesses and others.
• Providing members of the Organization and other persons (citizens) with organizational, legal and consulting assistance in the field of statutory activities of the Organization.
• Protection of the interests of the members of the Organization and other persons (citizens) in the bodies state power and management, local self-government in order, provided by the current legislation.
• Contributing to the creation of conditions for the legal protection of the interests of citizens in the sphere of social protection of various strata of the population, including social unprotected: persons with disabilities and health problems, orphans, citizens the elderly, the poor, refugees, displaced persons, participants in hostilities and members of their families, student youth, young professionals and scientists, entrepreneurs of small and medium businesses and others.
• Promotion of permanent physical and spiritual development of the population, economic and social progress of society, as well as establishment international authority of Ukraine in the world community.
• Promoting the development of international cooperation in the field of social protection different strata of the population, including in the field of European integration.
• Promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
• Promoting the development of a democratic society.
• Promoting the development of gender equality.
• Protection, advisory and various types of assistance and support of interests' implementation of the rights of women car enthusiasts.
• Provision of social services to persons in difficult life situations circumstances and cannot overcome them independently, in particular, assistance and provision psychological support, help in organizing interaction with various services, organizations, enterprises, bodies, establishments, institutions etc; training and education, including implementation of educational programs, providing information on issues of social protection of the population, etc.
For all these years of its activity, the NGO has become a partner of many grants projects related to education, gender issues, social inclusion and protection of the rights of people with disabilities.
In 2016, the Vinnytsia Regional Forum for educators was initiated and held, which joined the efforts of about 100 delegates - representatives of institutions different levels of education.
In 2017, a grant of UAH 21,000 was received from the organization "KrymSOS" for the establishment of the Rehabilitation Center for war participants, internally of displaced persons and persons with disabilities, which operates on the basis of the Vinnytsia Institute University "Ukraine".
In 2018, a grant of UAH 5,000 was received. from the Bohdan Gavrylyshyn Foundation for the implementation of the project to support the creative activity of families, which educate children with disabilities, special educational needs.
On October 23, 2018, our public organization held the first Forum of women of Vinnytsia region, which was attended by more than 200 female delegates - representatives of various organizations and political forces.
June 25, 2020 Vinnytsia ECO Forum 2020 gathered more than 100 eco- activists.
During 2015-2021, we initiated and carried out more than 110 training seminars for educational institutions from all regions of Ukraine on issues of social inclusion, implementation of inclusive education and other aspects implementation of inclusion in social practice.
During 2019-2020 this initiative has also reached the international level. Relevant training seminars were conducted for educational institutions of Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria.
Topics of seminars for educational institutions which implemented the NGO "Social Perspective":
1) Inclusion in educational institutions.
2) Best inclusive practices in the educational space of Ukraine.
3) Social inclusion and diversity.
4) The experience of the USA in the implementation of inclusive education.
5) Organization of inclusive education in educational institutions of Ukraine.
6) Inclusion and distance learning.
7) Evaluation and effective tasks in distance learning conditions.
8) Ukrainian experience of implementing inclusive education, etc.
During September-December 2020, the NGO "Social Perspective" implemented the project "SuperMama" with the support of the Representative Office of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine. According to the terms of the project, 40 women who raise children with disabilities were involved in the work of webinars with the participation of the best trainers from issues of inclusion and gender equality in Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia.
During October - December 2020, the NGO "Social Perspective" implemented the all-Ukrainian project "A series of webinars for educators "Inclusive learning and distance education", which became one of the winners of the first public competition for projects of public associations of persons with disabilities to receive funding from the Fund of Social Security Persons with Disabilities with the support of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. Project solves the problem of low quality educational services for students with disabilities, who study in classes with inclusive education in general education institutions and institutions of pre-professional higher education in the conditions of distance education.
The key results of the project are as follows: • 3 series of webinars for educators with a total duration of 9 hours and one
webinar for parents with a total duration of 3 hours. Video webinars have

• A total of 6,327 employees of educational institutions and 112 people from number of parents of children with special educational needs. An analytical report based on the results of a survey has been prepared on the needs and possible difficulties of employees of educational institutions regarding the implementation of inclusive education in conditions of remote access.
• Prepared "Methodical recommendations for organizing the education of students with special educational needs in the conditions of distance learning" in the format of presentation materials PDF (95 pages), published on the official page of the NGO "Social Perspective", promoted in Viber communities with a total reach of more than 7,000 people, sent to 1,400 recipients from among education workers of various levels of accreditation, as well as for all departments of education and science in all regions of Ukraine.
• A practical webinar for parents was held, 112 parents of children with special educational needs were involved to the webinar from all regions of Ukraine.
• A distance course for 30 hours has been created. http: //sp. inclusion.tilda.ws/ The course is published on the official Facebook page of the NGO "Social Perspective" https: //www.facebook.com/socialperspevtiv in Viber communities with general coverage of more than 7,000 people, sent to 1,400 recipients from the number of employees of education of various levels of accreditation, as well as for all departments of education and science in all regions of Ukraine.
• As of 27.01.2021, the course was viewed by 10,048 unique visitors, of whom 2,142 persons were employees of educational institutions registered as students course, 1,603 of them viewed the course and fulfilled all conditions certification.
During August - December 2021, the NGO "Social Perspective" implemented the all-Ukrainian project: "Academy of effective solutions" http: //sp.inclusion.tilda.ws/aer.
The project was implemented as part of the implementation of the budget program for 2021 of the Ministry of Social Policy 2507020 "Financial support of public associations of persons with disabilities". Key results of the project:
□ A bank of project ideas for NGOs of people with disabilities has been developed based on needs of environment and best foreign practices.
□ An expert group of representatives of NGOs of persons with disabilities was formed.
□ The potential of key NGOs of persons with disabilities has been combined for resolution current problems of the environment.
□ The society was informed about the key problems of the development of NGOs of persons with disabilities and actually persons with disabilities.
□ A general strategy for the development of the direction has been created, which can form the basis of state regulatory policy in the field of social protection.
As part of the project, we conducted an analytical study "Needs of public organizations dealing with disability and social inclusion issues", and an analytical report was prepared based on its results. Document text is placed in free access at the link:

20 hours of online meetings were held, in the format of webinars from the best experts and leading specialists of the sector for the training of public organizations persons with disabilities to the best strategies of institutional development, fundraising, crowdfunding, networking, involvement of all possible information and material resources.

A number of informational and educational activities have been carried out to strengthen institutional capacity of at least 70 NGOs of persons with disabilities.
Including separately, within the framework of this project and the All- Ukrainian action "16 days against violence" online co-working was held: "Public organizations of persons with disabilities and problems of combating violence in Ukraine", with the participation of more than 100 people.
A distance course for 30 hours is prepared, according to the materials of the held information events. The course is free and aims to implement in practice the ideas of the development of civil society and introduction of democratic values, principles of accessibility and inclusiveness in all spheres of public life.
