On 18 February 2026 at 12:00, Ukrinform will host a public presentation of the survey results examining the safety, well-being, and professional resilience of Ukrainian media professionals during the full-scale war.
The event will present the findings of a comprehensive anonymous online survey conducted between December 2025 and January 2026, with the participation of 349 media professionals from all regions of Ukraine.
The discussion will also address:
- current challenges faced by media professionals under martial law
- risks of professional burnout
- psychosocial support needs
- mechanisms to strengthen professional resilience and systemic support for the sector
Event participants:
- Chiara Dezzi Bardeschi — Head of the UNESCO Office in Ukraine
- Anton Barabulia — Deputy Head of the Department (Secretariat) of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO
- Olha Herasymiuk — Chair of the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting
The event will be moderated and the survey results presented by:
- Hanna Davydenko, Doctor of Sciences, Professor, Chair of the Board of the NGO "Social Perspective," inclusion expert.
